just got an e-mail from the Gold Coast City Council in response to my query - where should I sent more than 1 month ago. They took so long to answer a simple question - " I wish to appeal against my parking ticket, how can I do it?" Not a difficult one, right? The answer was to write to the CEO.
Well, I have yet to write it. Perhaps they would not entertain me for dragging so long. But in the place, are they that efficient?
Well, there was an efficient party - the airport operator at Brisbane. They took a week or so to answer my complaints of discriminating treatment (I would not wish to say it was due to racial, but you can make your guess). Plenty of rubbish. First they apologiesed, then they gave all indications that they were following IATA rules, and all the b---s---.
Last week, I saw this review in tripadvisor. This fellow from Singapore seemed to rebuke my positive comment on the Holiday Inn Surfers Paradise. He said what so fantastic of the morning b/f when you have all the same stuff. Come on, obviously he has not been travelling. All hotels, almost, serve the same spread everyday. For the kind of monies, dun expect wonders. Perhaps he should have paid more and stay at Marriot.
On the tripadvisor again, I posed a review on the Australia Zoo. Seems like I was one of the odd few who said it was no good. Come on, you are paying AUS43 for sth of a smaller scale than our Singapore Zoo, and you have to travel this far (more than an hour). I should have made do with Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. Again, I would have come back and grumbled about not making the visit if I gave a miss. Anyway, this is my comment:
