Your Flat has been Fully Paid

I am extremely delighted when I got this letter from HDB today. It is a confirmation letter to advise us that our flat has been fully paid! That's no more monthly deduction from our Ordinary Account!

Thanks to the frequent lump sum payment (the last being made two Sats ago), we have finally settled the housing mortage loan after seven yrs.

Now, I appreciate what Vincent felt when he shared his joy when we met in Bangkok last May. The joy of settling one massive "debt".

Whoopee!!!
