A "chaotic" meal

Sunday, we went for buffet lunch cum hi-tea at the Le Meridien with my "maternal" relatives - my grandmum, aunts, cousins, etc. Foodwise not too bad, but being now more health conscious, i din really pack as much as i used to do. But too bad for missus as she was suffering from ulcers - so could only limit her intake and took only a bite off from my bowl of laska.




As usual, the daughter was most delighted. Not so much from food, but she had a playmate, Fang Zhe, my cousin's 4 yr old son. They ran around the restaurant, went to get ice cream and cookies, and went over to the lounge to watch TV. So naturally the dad and mum took turns to follow, while the other went for the next round of food, which was good - not matter how much you ate, you would burn partially.


Yah forgot to mention. We bought her a real pair of Crocs on Saturday. After 10% discount, still $48+. So she was quite keen to show to my parents of her new trophy, saying this is not a fake pair. After doing my sums, I guess it may be better for me to get my own pair of running shoes next mth.
