Happy B'day, Edna!
The daughter celebrated her b'day some days back. This time it was different, as we decided to have it at her nursery class with her class-mates. It would definitely be more fun with more kids, and it would be nice for her to reciprocate in the sense that she has been on the receiving end of many goodie bags from her classmates, so it is time for her to enjoy the thrill of giving.
So, we went to get the stuff for the goodie bags last weekend and she was excited with the packing. Each had a toy, M&M, Want-Want and Oreo. The cake was "up-size" from a 1-kg to a 2-kg one, which was good cos it could have both Minnie and Mickey.
I guess she must have been overwhelmed by the experience of becoming the centre of focus, as the last b'day was celebrated with the family. And suddenly she had so many of her friends singing b'day song for her.
Back home, it was gift opening time. Already, the day before, the grandparents had given her one of her favourite Disney Princess characters and she was thrilled.
Guess what was inside the large box? If you watch Teletubbies and remember the toy which little cute Po always ride, then you would have the answer.
The next one would be mine. Wonder how would i want to celebrate. Maybe, many of my friends would be reminded (by Facebook) and send me "gifts". I certainly look forward to that...
