Life in the Hall

Few days back, I was checking at the stuff inmy drawers ay my parets' place, art of the yearly practice ofclearing the oldstuff in order to make way for new ones - practically making space for the daughter's collection of books and toys over there.Surprisingly saw a few stacks of old pics, these were extra ones which were printed and supposely passed to friends. Some were from college days at AJ, but most were frm of Hall 2. Pics from the numerous Hall Freshmen Orientation Camp (FOC) where i participated as seniors/group-leaders/head programmers. There were also some of b'day celebration cum sabotage (of myself, no less) and night cycling to East Coast. I scanned a few of these and placed them in Facebook where the friends from Hall2 had grouped ourselves with a common identity.

Looking at the comments which my fellow hall mates had posted there, it seemed that these pics had brought back nice memories of our old days at the Hall. I guess after these years (10 for me), it was always nice to chat with old friends and reminisce of the past.

The above pic was taken at the foot of Mt Ophir at 1994 when i was at yr 2. In here were my three room-mates: Yongjie for yr1, David for yr 2, and Vincent for yr4.
This was taken at Sentosa during the 96 FOC. All were seniors of my group. Up till now, few of us were still in constant contact.

This was taken at FOC 95, the best among all because the seniors formed a good clique and the juniors were fun too.

This was from FOC 94, when i was a snr for the 1st time. Pic was taken after candle fight, the finale of the camp.
