Parting my hair

Finally decided to part with my pathetic crop on Sunday. This happened on the Children Cancer Foundation (CCF)'s annual fund raising event - Hair for Hope held at Novena Square. I din raise monies for CCF, cos registration had closed when i came to know of it. So i made a token donation, queued up and had my hair cut by pro for the first time (the hairstylists were from Kimage). Another first was that it was the shortest and most expensive cut i ever had.
Review from my friends and colleagues was good... the only minor setback was that the daughter took a while to adjust with it. She did not want to establish eye contact with me for the afternoon, deliberating trying to siam here and there. But i kept reminding her that daddy is like the bald cartoonist Einstien and gradually she became more comfortable.
Now the big question is whether to keep this style after the hair has grown. That would be a question in weeks to come, meanwhile i would enjoy the coolness of a breeze to its maximum effect, and no more problem falling asleep after a shampoo... and why bother with the comb!
